Located on Nantucket (opened 2014) and in Boston (2021), The Nautilus was founded on the principle that everything is better when shared. While very much a coastal New England restaurant, The Nautilus, doubling as both an award winning dining destination, and a casual neighborhood bar, draws its inspiration from the international world of haute street food, with major nods to the Japanese izakaya & Spanish tapas cultures with shades of Latin America & the Mediterranean. The cocktails bring a culinary approach to drink making by drawing on both seasonal & regional inspirations.
